19I feel like she went a little overboard here. The color on her brown skin looks great but I think it is just a little too heavy.
20If she had it a BIT lighter on the top, and none on the bottom she would have rocked it. It was far to heavy, and it just made her skin look dull.

22I'd say that she needs more shimmer in the shadow or more mascara. Maybe it's just the hair and her facial expression that is throwing me off.
