At last night's Country Music Awards, Reese Witherspoon opted for the classics. Red lips, red nails, and a lacy black gown. Typically, we don't see Reese steer too far off from a subtle pinkish lip, but last night she busted out this bright crimson hue. So, which look do you prefer best on the much-loved actress? A berry shade, as pictured here from an event for her 2007 film Rendition; a nude pink, from her Penelope premiere earlier this year; or the true red from last night?

As much as I hate offensively bright lipstick, the bold red looks great on her.
1I think they all look really nice, but the red is my favorite.

16I liked the berry pink the best. I think she looks really nice in nude normally, but that photo is not a great angle.
She can pull off any of them, so I guess it really depends what she's wearing the shade with, and the type of clothing etc.

24I enjoy the red
The nude pink allows for the makeup to emphasize her eyes, which are her best feature, so the overall makeup of the middle pic, I think, works best on her.
25I think the red. The other two just look weird on her. (to me)

27Reese actually looks great w/ bright red lips, I like it for an occasional change of pace. The berry color is my favorite though.

31For some reason I've NEVER liked pink or red lipstick, much less black, blue, yellow, etc., and don't get me started on neon lipstick. YUCK! Instead, I tend to gravitate towards earth-tone shades - Coffee, bronze, toffee, sand... the browns.
It would be a nice change, I think, to see it take over from red & pink. For awhile at least.
