You probably already know that Queen Latifah is music industry royalty. But did you know that she's a bronze goddess, too? By featuring this shimmery tan shade on her lips, cheeks, and eyes, the look is cohesive and natural, with a chic twist.
The singer/actress stacks her bangs high, and since her hair's normally quite short, I'm guessing she's sporting some extensions somewhere in that multi-toned 'do. Her signature fragrance will be out in a year, and until then, I'll keep my eye on her — she's definitely a beauty icon in the making.

Her lips need a diff color.
1+ some eyebrow powder
2Not bad.
3was about to write the same thing, aimeeb
4Queen is pretty but modeling and cover girling should be left to models and covergirls. I am no model and i wouldnt try to take ones job. Arent there supposed to be different roles for different people. It is all so confusing now. Where has the competition gone. Models are supposed to be modeley. Come on Cover Girl. And i love drew but she is a little old for cover girl style campaign she is currently in. Key word here: GIRL
5I agree with, aimeeb.
6Her eye makeup is fab! I agree with everyone else on the lipstick though. It doesn't look bad, but it just looks a little off?
7Her make-up is fab, this is the best I've seen her look in a long time!
8Kitseyboo- maybe CoverGirl realizes that 99% of the people who buy their products aren't models, and are incredibly sick of looking at the same damn thing ad after ad. "Oh, wow! This makeup just made this gorgeous model look gorgeous!" Not saying Queen Latifah and Drew aren't gorgeous, but celebrities can be a little bit more relatable than models. Most fashion and beauty campaigns are ridiculous anyway (LolVogue!!), so even though I kinda hate Dove's "real beauty" campaigns, I think using a variety of different people to model makeup is a good idea.
Aaaanyway, QL looks great here, I agree with Aimee that I don't like her lipstick though!
9I agree with snowbunny on the CG thing.
I love her look but agree that she should have gone with another lip color.
10not a fan of hers at all, but she looks ok here
11I'm just glad she's stepping away from the peroxide. She was getting close to full-on blonde, not a good look for her.
12Exactly Snow...I used to hate it in the early-mid 90's when they used 20 something models for anti-aging beauty products. Not to say you can't or shouldn't start caring for your skin early, but is was like, "Wow, this wrinkle removing creme is really making this wrinkle free model look...wrinkle free."
13Do not like the lips....
14I think she looks fantastic and I love her makeup!
15her eye makeup looks great!!! i just wish her eyebrows weren't so bleached.. other than that, i think she looks great!
16She has beautiful skin!
17it's all so...eh. I suppose the look is just fine, but it is nothing that wows me. Then again, I can't think of the last time I've been wowed by QL so, maybe this is just fine. Like others though, I would have been happy with another lip color. Though in keeping with the theme of blah, I guess it's ok.
I know we're supposed to be talking about her makeup, but did anyone see her dress?
There's a sticking point. She's a beautiful girl, but that dress was not a good look
18The make-up is perfect!
