I know I'm not the only one who can enter someplace as innocent as the grocery store to buy milk and exit with ice cream, blackberries, popcorn . . . and milk. (You know who you are.) But with this Elizabeth Arden gift set, spending a little more nets you an impressive score. It's a purchase with a purchase: After you spend $24.50, add $42.50 and you'll get the whole lot. It's waaaay cheaper than being tempted by each and every one of these items separately 'cause there's more than $300 worth of goodies here.
With something for eyes, lips, and cheeks, the black patent makeup bag includes a compact with six shadows and two cheek shades plus another compact with four lip glosses. Toss in two eye and two lip pencils, powder, mascara, lipsticks, brushes, the whole nine.
Dare I say you don't need to buy makeup again for a very long time? Get one for yourself at Macy's or Elizabeth Arden's Global Flagship Store in NYC.

i saw this a while back on the macys beauty page, but honestly, if i was getting one of these id rather get the estee lauder or lancome beauty box. those colors are more wearable then these.. i mean, hot pink and bright red lipstick? i would say this is the best deal, since the others are almost 50 with a 45+ purchase but those shades are muchhh better, plus they come with a full size mascara/makeup remover! but thats just me
1pharm-chick - I was thinking the same thing. When I get a bunch of makeup colors, I want them to be either really, really fun (like blues and greens) or wearable neutrals. These pinkie/reddish tones are not wearable for everyone, nor are they superfun.
2That's a rockin' makeup bag!
3I got a package much like this last holiday season.
4I used very little of it, the eyeshadows seemed to me chalky and not very pigmented, and the lippies were all too brown for my fair-to-medium cool complexion.
My mom would probably love this...she love Elizabeth Arden.
5I actually bought the Estee Lauder set with fragrance purchase thing. I'm impressed. The colors are nice, the sets are huge, and it all seems of a nice quality. I like the scent of the lipsticks, and the set even has me playing around with colors I wouldn't have tried otherwise! And, my friends are jealous of the two "bags" that came with the set.
6so, wait, you spend $25, then you have to spend $45 more?! so basically it costs $70?! this is why I hate buying from places like Macy's; they always try to play tricks on people...
