Charismatic makeup artist to the stars, Napoleon Perdis, is everywhere these days. He's got a training academy in LA and his products can be found at ULTA, Target, Napoleon Perdis Stores, and select boutiques. Oh, and that's just in the United States.
The Australian native's next venture? A 10-episode reality program called Get Your Face On, where the now Hollywood-based Perdis is out to find his protégé amongst 12 contenders. “I’m going to be fair, but I’m going to be tough,” he said.
The show, which will run in a marathon-style format, starts Monday, Dec. 8 at — 7 a.m.?! Zoikes, that's early. Each hour-long episode will air throughout 10 consecutive weekdays, with the finale on Friday, Dec. 19 So, tell me — will you be up and alert with your morning joe to watch, or is it going to be TiVo all the way?

It sounds like it will be a good show. I'd love to watch, but I'm in the car from 6:30AM-8AM every weekday and we don't have TiVO or DVR. Boo.
Hopefully they'd do a 1-day marathon sometime later and air it on the weekend.

12I don't know whose idea it was to put this show on at the butt crack of dawn, but it is one of the best shows I've seen in a long time. Last Monday I was channel surfing and came across 'Get Your Face On'. I was instantly hooked! Never heard of Mr. Perdis, but he is wonderful with the contestants, really bringing out the best in them. Also, he doesn't seem as self-serving as many of the celebs on these reality shows. I'm glad I got to see it from the start and I have been watching it every morning.
13On this morning's show~ I was so glad Napoleon finally got rid of Janice (this is just not me. I don't do wack-a-do make-up, I do real women, real women don't look like this, I don't do crazy ...)What the hell did she sign up for this show for? She wanted to make everything about her rather than understand that it's about the client, the product, her mentor, everything but her. I was glad to see her gone! Go back to the Lancome counter in Bumtussel, South Dakota.
I hope many people see this show and it is renewed. TLC---Please rerun in primetime so it gets an audience.

14Can anyone tell me what happened to Lenny. I missed the segment where he was dismissed. I tuned in for the last 20 minutes of the show and he was gone.
