All you have to do is design your own Flip Mino on TheFlip.com, send it our way, and let your artistic talent speak for itself!
Here's how:
1. Go to TheFlip.com to get started.
2. Browse the design gallery, upload your own photo, or use the pattern generator to make your Flip camcorder unique and personal.
3. Once you have completed your design, click on the envelope icon at the bottom of the tool and email your design to flipcontest@sugarinc.com. That's it!

I won a Flip camcorder from Popsugar UK, its wicked to take out and about, spesh coming up to Christmas and New Years. Its quite compact so you can just take it out in a clutch for parties, and recording gigs, and i got loads of gadgets with it as well as 2 cases. Thanx again Sugar, I'm using it all the time!

7lilprisci, I thought you raised a good question about the number of times you can enter. If you click the "official rules" link, under the "Selection" heading, it states "one entry per person". Hope this helps. Good luck, all!

11justanerd - I had problems uploading my image too. I had to go with a standard design because every time I tried to put my picture in there, my computer would lock up. *sigh*
