1Katie, for sure! I love Rihanna's, but many "scene girls" have had that haircut way before her and she was just catching on, I think. Katie just always looks classic and doesn't seem to be trying too hard.

16I picked Gwyneth just because it was time for her to switch stuff up, which she did subtly and it looks nice.
17Gwyneth had the most to gain from her hair cut. I really like Katie's, but her along with the rest were already wearing flattering hair styles. Gwyn's haircut made her look so much younger and her features stand out.

24Victoria Beckham hands down for the very short hair...it is hard to pull that look of and she is the only one who does. Rhianna looks so strange and mannish and it makes her neck too long looking and her head is too small...blech...
