Benefit's Bad Gal is the ultimate when I'm
splurging...I love the fat brush cuz it makes it easier to get those little hard-to-reach lashes. But L'oreal original Voluminous formula is also a favorite, it's nearly clump and flake
proof.

i looove the Dior Show mascara but to really get to the roots i need something with a smaller brush first then i put the Dior on over that. I usually use Cover Girls Define a lash (the rubber bristles are great and don't cause clumps and nasty buildup) or I also like the Rimmel Volume Mousse. I have really long thick black eyelashes so on a regular day I don't wear Mascara but at night if I'm going out and need the effect I use the mascara and it makes me look like i have an entire set of fake lashes on. my mom that has straight and short eyelashes is now hooked on the same mascara's ever since I put them on her for halloween. it works for everyone.

I love Too faced Mascara. It does not smudge or clump. You have long lush lashes in one stroke.

I have to say I love Almay Intense I Color masacara volumisant. I tried it on a whim and fell in love!

I've used ALL of these brands of mascara.. several Dior and Lancome, and still, after all these years of mascara trials and tribulations, I love MAC zoom - because it's just as good and way less costly. I will NEVER again pay $30+ for mascara.

MAC Plushlash. It's lengthening, volumizing, separating, smudgeproof, seriously black, and pretty cheap for a high-end mascara.
Firebird by Fresh is probably the most exciting NEW mascara this year, though.

i have tried too many mascaras to count...instead of replacing a mascara i usually buy a new one just for fun...currently im using Make up For Ever's smoky lash mascara and i love it..but during the day time for school ive just been using either define-a-lash or great lash...it's an oldie but a goody. I used to liek diorshow but i feel like there are better, i have the givency one with the small rounded tip but i think its only for night time cause its way too dramatic (and sometimes thick/clumpy) for daytime..i rememeber i used to liek lancome definicils...btu right now MUFE is hitting the spot! the only mascara i remember NOT wanting to buy again was Fresh supernova

My new favorite isn't on here... lash injection with the tiny brush hits every lash perfectly! On this list, I'd have to pic dior or MAC.

covergirl definitely. since you have to throw out your mascara more often than your other makeup i cant rationalize spending more than ten bucks. if i do, it would have to be on clinque.

All the high end brands listed are far to expensive in New Zealand to even consider. $80 for mascara is too much. I love my Maybelline XXL Extensions and it's only $20.

As far as drugstore mascara goes, I am VERY loyal to Great Lash Royal Blue mascara...I've been wearing blue mascara for years and years and this is my go-to brand.
For drugstore mascara brands, I love Clinique Long Pretty Lashes.

L'Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tube! It makes you look like you're wearing fake lashes. My all time favorite is the classic Maybelline Great Lash in Blackest Black.

That's as much as the higher end brands here in the US! I swear, at my local drugstore, Maybelline mascara cost no more than $8.
yeah makeup in NZ is quite pricey, but the exchange rate is partly the reason

Lancome Fatale by far, it makes my lashes look fake. But being broke forces me to use Lash blast daily.

Almay 3-in-1 Waterproof Mascara in Black. The wand has two different sized bristles--one for length, the other for curling and volume. Did I mention it nourishing your eyelashes giving you the healthiest lashes ever? CoverGirl doesn't do that. I've been using Almay since I had an allergic reaction to Maybelline AND Retin-A-Micro within two years leaving my lashes sparse (very very sparse. They still are re-growing) and weak.

Guerlain Le 2 de Guerlain Mascara is by far my favorite mascara that I've ever used. I love that it has two different brushes so you can get all your lashes. It never flakes and stays perfect all day long.

No other? I love the Sheer Cover mascaras. I'm not a fan of their MMU, but their mascara is great and keeps my thick curly lashes healthy and goes on evenly without clump no matter if you swipe once or three times.
