10i have this color by loreal HIP (http://www.drugstore.com/popups/largerphoto/default.asp?pid=187371&catid...), it's called arresting, but it's a gloss. i usually put it on, leave it on for long enough until it stains, and wipe it off. otherwise it is a big mess, and doesn't look good glossy anyway. it also sort of shines irridescent which is what attracted me to it in the first place. i have been trying to find a lipstick of the same color!!
