Tonight, I'll be laying low with a small group of friends and some bubbly. I'm not making any stops to the mall for a new outfit, but instead, I'm thinking some type of hair accessory will do the trick. After doing a little search on ShopStyle, I found a few sparkly headbands, bauble-y barrettes, and satiny hair pins that are sure to make the look all the more festive. I'm wearing my wedding tiara! I'm not going out though so I am not sure if I would wear it out
I am a fairly plain girl but have been known to throw a sparkly clip or two in for new years eve.
1I have little flower clips that look JUST like the featured Betsey Johnson one! I have them in black, white, and plum, and I love clipping them into a messy updo. I always get compliments on them.
I love headbands too. I think the Anthropologie Duchess one is my fave.
2I'll be throwing in some clip-in extensions (for volume) and wearing a "Happy New Year" tiara.... lol...
3They're all really nice--I especially like the Anthropologie ones! (Blair from GG would go gaga over this post!)
4I love thin headbands and bobby pins with little cute rhinestones.
