Last week, Angelina Jolie had an all-business ponytail at the Critics' Choice Awards. But her Golden Globes look is much softer. While Angelina's makeup doesn't change very often, she transforms her style by letting her long hair flow free. 1Boring as always and her hair looks so flat.

12She doesn't look awful but I chose "Hate It" because she always look the same! She always wears boring neutral color (here she looks washed out) and never really looks totally polished. I don't get it...put in some effort!
