In a perfect world, I'd remember so many things. Like to pack an umbrella when the forecast says rain, to always have the perfect lip gloss in whatever bag I'm carrying . . . and to bring a comb with me into the shower. Sadly, sometimes I do, while most often it's a drip-drip-dash for the wide-toothed comb. Or, I should say it was until I picked up this baby. Complete with a handy hanger, I just hook it on my showerhead so when it comes time to comb my conditioner through, I know where to find it and where to return it when I'm all done.
Not only for a nifty handle, I picked this product because of the grooved teeth to spread all my fave conditioner without snagging hair. The flexible rubber lets it bend as I work through my tangles and it flexes way better than my harder comb ever did. Awesome. I have a pretty great wide tooth comb I keep in my shower at all times.
1Hee, shower comb story...I had one back when I had hair to my waist...I dropped it one day, and it got stuck. In the drain. It fell *just right* to where the top tine got stuck in the drain's holes.
I COULD NOT GET IT OUT.
I had to shower with it that way for a few days, until I could get the blasted thing loose. The rubber was too thick to cut easily, and I just couldn't get the stinking thing loose...the drain was screwed on too, so it wasn't like I could just lift the (probably nasty) plate off to get it loose.
A couple days later, it dawned on me to try hot water, to make the rubber more pliable. A pot through, and I was able to yank it out. I tossed it, though, because I had a feeling there was funky business under the drain, and even after washing it, I didn't want it in my hair!

I like this shower comb, it's so much better than the naked-wet dash and the Goody ouchless line is pretty reliable. I might just pick one up.

6I don't comb my conditioner in but I have always combed out my hair before I wrap it in a towel. Or if I am going to let it go curly I comb out the knots and let it go.
