Stilettos make your legs look long and lean, and now Maybelline's taken that concept and turned it into a mascara with its new Lash Stiletto Ultimate Length Mascara ($9). Just like those swanky Jimmy Choos elongate your stems, this mascara really does give length to the lashes without a clumpy, heavy look and/or feel.
The packaging is cleverly designed to resemble the form of a high-heeled shoe, and features a brush that's easy to maneuver, without leaving product on the skin. Surprisingly, there's a rose essence that lingers faintly for an hour or so after applying, but it's subtle enough not to be annoying. While the product promises to give shine like you'd expect from a pair of patent leather pumps, I didn't notice an over-abundance of glossiness. If you're looking for a volumizing mascara, this mascara isn't for you. But if you're looking for long, graceful lashes to bat at strangers, this one's a keeper.

I tried this, and wasn't impressed. It was flaky, clumpy, and barely lengthened. I was expecting long shiny lashes, but I ended up with pretty basic everyday lashes. I like the tube design though... lol
7Hmmm...maybe I'll try it...although I hate most Maybelline mascaras. I do like that it's a lengthening formula though. I usually go for length/definition over volume when choosing a mascara.

9I knew it smelled like something, roses, huh? I can deal. It's different, but good.
10I actually was really surprised at how much it lengthened for me. I have long eyelashes normally, so they don't often go too much further. This makes them look like I have extensions and I love it

12i have long lashes already but this stuff sucked in my oppinion.
