Perhaps you've thought about purchasing one of these coveted beauty tools, but wondered if it's worth it. Find out what she had to say about her "lesson learned" below.
"I bought the old Revlon one years ago and ended up throwing it away. I thought eyelash curlers were a joke. I read about this one and was skeptical. I purchased it one day on a splurge and have not regretted it. It's night and day different than the Revlon one. Mine came with extra pads and instructions for care and use. I am totally sold on this product! It is essential."

Hmmm I have a no name one I think that cost me about $3 and it works amazing.
1I'm in desperate need of a new eyelash curler so I think I'm going to give this one a try!
2I think I may be the only woman alive who doesn't love this eyelash curler...it just didn't impress me enough to warrant the price tag. I have very long lashes as it is, so a drugstore one works fine for me to give them a little curl.
3I love my eyelash curler! I don't always wear mascara as my eyelashes are naturally long and dark, so all I do is curl them and that does the trick
4I was converted about 7 years ago to this eyelash curler! My lashes are really long but superstraight and this is the only curler that gives them a very natural curl instead of a sharp bend.

6I used to love the Shu Uemura eyelash curler, but when I bought my last one I noticed that they'd redesigned the pads. The old pads had an oval cross section, the new ones have a mushroom-shaped cross section. The redesigned pad didn't curl my lashes at all. No matter what I did, it made absolutely no difference on my lashes.
It was a major bummer because I've got blonde eyelashes and had come to depend on having my lashes curled properly to get mascara down to the root.
7I already tried this eyelash curler and although it's very glamorous (what with it being covered in gold and all) I think it does the same job any other drugstore curler could. It still doesn't give the perfect "curl" to my eyelashes but, who knows - maybe I'm just not using it right. I don't know if it warrants that price tag.
