If you have curly hair, it's probably taken you a while to figure out your perfect beauty regimen. Reader Ineedcaffeine uses Aussie Catch the Wave Sprunch Hair Spray ($3.30) in her daily routine, and here's why:
I have very curly hair, and I am very particular about my whole process. I often use different shampoos/conditioners/products each time I wash my hair, but Sprunch Spray is the only thing I use on a daily basis. I use it after I unwrap my hair from a t-shirt, before I go to bed, and before I leave the house in the morning. Just a couple of spritzes, and I get some serious body, hold, and delicious smell. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.
Now it's your turn to share what you like (and don't like) when it comes to beauty products. Head over to our Product Reviews site and submit your opinion. And mayyyybe you'll be featured on this daily post.

Omg i love sprunch spray by aussie!!
1It holds my hair in place, and gives it some serious curls and tight swirls. I love it
Oh Man! I used to use this back in the day I also have seriously curly hair and this kept my hair curled smelling great and in place till the next time I washed it, which was like DAYS later.
2I'm now sitting here trying to figure out why I stopped!! Ok, now I'm just going to have to go back out and buy some more.
I used to use this back in the day too! It was actually a pretty decent product, if I recall!
3Hmmm... I permed my hair curly and now its growing out and Im so bored trying to figure out what to do with straight hair from roots to ear, and curly all the way down. Think this will help?
4I've used this before... it's pretty nice
5This is one of my top 3 hair products for when I want a little beach wave to my hair, I love it!
6Maybe I should try this. My hair is not quite curly, but it's more wavy. I'm always trying to find something to bring out the texture because it's a pain having to straighten it everyday!
7I love the way Aussie products smell!
8Oh I'll HAVE to try it, I have curly hair and love experimenting!!
La Tua Cantante, have you tried the complete Curly Girl method? (getting rid of build up then washing only with silicone-free conditioner, plus plopping, scrunching and 'pixie' drying with a hair-diffuser) It apparently works really well on wavy hair for bouncier and more defined curls.
9This always made my curls too crunchy. I LOVE B&b curl products. I also use their Grooming Creme and let it air dry. It makes my curls super soft.
10oh wow! I feel so honored that I was posted! This product is a serious throwback and I stopped using it for a while, but then a couple of years ago, on a whim, I picked it back up and I haven't turned back since. Advah, what shampoo do you use? I need a non silicone system, but havent really found one that works well
11^About a month ago, I started using Burt's Bees hair products, and I can't recommend them enough! If you have curly hair, I'd pick the green tea range instead of the sugar beet one (I know it's for coloured hair, but it's more moisturizing). I think Jason also does pretty good shampoos, but you'd have to check their ingredients - avoid anything that has words in -cone, -conol, -xane since they mean silicone. VO5 and Suave also have silicone-free products - Bella did a post on these not too long ago.
We should have a curl-comparison post.
12I have wavy hair, and I really like Suave Mousse...I have tried so many expesive products, but this cheap one is awesome! I hate the crunchy feel, and my proplem with B&B is my hair was so frizzy! Always Frizzy...Suave tames it best...I haven't tried this product though...I may have to pick it up!
13It's true it can make your curls crunchy. I would have to let my hair hair dry completly and then scrunch the crunch out with my hands. This always resulted in awesome non-crunchy, in place curls the next day. And the next. And the next. And I do like Bumble and Bumble hair products too, when I can afford them of course.
14Yeah, B&b products aren't cheap! I actually switched after using Finesse Moisturizing Mousse for years. It was absolutely perfect and I can't find it anymore. I used their shampoo and conditioner too; I can't tell you how many guys commented on how good my hair smelled when I used it. So random!
15I use this on my curls too
16Good Points: Works great for curly hair without leaving your hair feeling dirty like some leave-in products do. It helps me get more curl without the frizz and makes my hair more manageable. It's also inexpensive. The 5.1 oz. pump bottle lasts a long time. I use it every morning.
Bad Points: The only bad point is that I'm having a difficult time locating it. The usual places state it is no longer available. I don't know if Aussie will discontinue making this product or if it's just getting a makeover (new look) for their pump container. I just purchased almost every bottle I could find from amazon.com.
General comments: I use this product, Aussie Catch The Wave every morning along with a Zero Frizz spray, which may also be discontinued. I'm buying every bottle I can find. These two products help me style my hair and give me body and curls without frizz. It helps my style my hair much faster and the curl holds all day. It's also inexpensive to use and the pump bottle lasts a long time. Once the pump bottle is empty, you can wash it out and use it for hair conditioner, hand lotion, soap for the kitchen or bathroom to wash your hands, or whatever else you could think of. This stuff is great!

Aussie, another great product brought low by industry giant P&G. I used to love the Aussie brand products. Their Aussie Mega Shampoo was terrific, and the Australian hair salad conditioner - cool, clear, clean, totally grease-less. There was nothing else like it from anyone. Now, all of their products are silicone loaded rubbish, with very little of those "natural" ingredients. The Aussie products were a great name and a great product line. I seem to remember seeing the ads promising: we will n ...

The new formula they are using for aussie sprunch spray stinks and is horrible for those of us with allergies. I have used sprunch spray since the 70's because it was the only thing I could find that I was not allergic to. Now, with the new bottle design, they have gone to using cheaper ingredients that are no longer hypoallergenic. Way to flop Aussie
19I have used Aussie sprunch spray for over 20 years and I can't believe how they are trying to phase it out now by replacing it with junk!!! I have a blog about trying to get the old stuff back. Please go to it and join with me in protesting this unwelcome change.
