2I love how this lie is inexpensive and can be found at a variety of stores but HATE that they only cater to caucasion skin colors - something is very wrong here!! The world doesn't come in 5 shades Rimmel!

4Got this free with a rebate a while ago so have to dig it out and try it again. I'm trying to cut way down on expenses. Yikes our tax here just went up over 10% today (Cali), so appreciate the reviews that mention the affordable choices.

8seriously, this is MY FAVORITE foundation ever. I must say, I even prefer it over Shiseido foundation.
I have used so many different types, b/c I have a serious problem when it comes to smudging, shine, and coverage, and this doesn't smudge like crazy, definitely doesn't create any shine, and provides THE perfect amount of coverage, so I barely have to ever use concealer.
This foundation is a steal for the price. You can't beat it.
9Shucks, Bella picked my review. Well, to be fair, I'm quite fair, and I mix the lightest shade with a bit of spf 30 eucerin which has a whitish tint from the titanium dioxide and adds a nice glow. Dear Kate, women come in many shades. Please accomodate.
10ok. so far i love it. But. ive been looking EVERYWHERE for ONE answer. if i went to the pool IS IT WATER PROOF!!!! please!!?!?!!?!? help!
11It's oil-free, which means it's water-based, and therefore, not waterproof.
