Allow me to brag about my yenta skills for a moment. Three years ago, I brought my buddy Josh to an office party. Josh is a super-cute and talented musician (check out Parks and Gardens), so I introduced him to my friend Antonia — a gorgeous, funny music editor. They had a coffee date, then some more dates, and eventually they moved in together. Fast-forward to this past weekend, when Josh proposed to Antonia. She said yes, and trust me when I say that they are just the sweetest, nicest engaged couple in all of Chicago.
So in honor of the lovebirds and the beautiful ring now sitting on Antonia's finger, I bring you hand creams. After all, hands that will be showing off a new bit of jewelry deserve to be massaged, pampered, and moisturized.

ooohhhh hand creams can't live without it I'm a fan of fast absorbing non greasy light fragranced hand creams! two of my top favorites: C.O. Bigelow's QUINCE hand cream & Victoria Secret's new PINK Organic line's hand cream both at approx $8! non greasy fast absorbing silky smooth goodness.
1i'm crazy about creams and lotions. i especially love the pretty packaging. its such a nice feeling to whip out that beautiful hand cream from your purse and ritualistically smooth it all over your hands up to your elbows. a friend said that was the first thing she noticed about me.
2its sad that i havent tried any of the ones you mentioned, but i have a couple of very good ones!! ive got as many portable lotions and creams as lipglosses.. thats all my purse ever has lol
3One of the first things I did after I got engaged was get a fabulous manicure!!
4Awh, Bella, that's so sweet ! My MOM (!!) introduced one of my law school gf's to one of her co workers (she's a teacher, and she works with a lot of people my age) and they are getting marriged in May ! and my parents are invited to the wedding too

6I love the Dr. Hunter packaging.
7Wow so if my beautiful hands don't have a ring then I should just settle for crap lotion. Are my hands not good enough because I am not engaged...ok I am joking but I did think this was a wee bit riduculous. When I get engaged I plan on using my good ole same lotion.
8That's so sweet, runningesq! And luvleodicaprio, your hands are plenty good (as are my ringless hands), so you definitely don't need to be engaged or coupled to treat yourself.
9My favorite hand cream isn't fancy at all. It's Vaseline's Intensive Rescue Healing Hand Cream. Works fantastic on my all-too-often dry cuticles.
