At least every other week, I check in with BuzzSugar to see if she's passed my phone number along to Robert Pattinson. After all, she did interview him in person, and, well, I'm sure he wanted to ask her how he could get in touch with me, but he didn't want to come on too strong and scare me off. Yeah, that's it. I could see how he might be intimidated by my wit and charm.
I'm not a Twihard — my Pattinson crush only developed when he talked about Godard — which is why you'll never see me with a tattoo based on the suck-y saga. Not so for these Twihards, who have made permanent declarations of their fandom. That's dedication. Anyway, while you check out the gallery, I will wait right here for that inevitable phone call.

Weird, sorry. I mean I have tattoos but they have important LIFELONG meaning to me, not some phased obsession with a book/movie.
1ugh...whatever. People are stupid and will tattoo whatever they are obsessed with at the moment. All I ask is Why?
2ew i think this is weird. and some of them are really gross looking. i'm sure stephanie meyer would not be pleased with that.
3I like tattoos and all, but that is just...kind of crazy. Maybe because i'm not a fan of the book and so I really don't see any beauty in hands holding an apple on somebodys back...but that's just me...
4Yes, this is so LAME. I love Twilight, but I would never, ever consider doing something so silly.
5Ewww. The ones that say Edward/Bella or Twilight are kinda silly.. The flower one is pretty though and so are a couple of the ones with phrases.. I still wouldn't get any of those just because of a book though. lol
6make it stop. please.
7I'm sorry, fad tattoos are about the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Tattoos are so permanent, why would you want to get one of something you may not even like in a few years?
8ew. and I thought the haircuts and dressing-like-twilight-characters-wherever-you-go was bad...
9I like the series (there, I said it!) and I find the books/ movie(s) enjoyable, but for the LOVE OF GOD ! a TATOO??
This is why those who remove tatoos will always, always be in business !
10Some of them are nice but the ones that are so blatently twilight (ie hands with apple) are a bit too much. I'm sure they were regret them sooner rather then later.
11I am a total Twihard and even I think this is crazy!
12Those are some of the ugliest tattoos i have ever seen
Im all for tattoos.. i have one myself.. but my one means something to me deeply.. not just after a movie that 10000 other people will copy!
13Some of the ones with the phrases were okay, I even liked one or two, but the blatantly obvious Twilight ones made me want to slam my head on my desk. Lol. Did someone SERIOUSLY get a tattoo of a BITE MARK on their arm?? Really?? That just baffles me. And the giant family crest with CULLEN underneath it... Okay really, unless your last name is Cullen, that is NOT okay!! haha. Okay. Breathing now. Calming down.
14WOW!! these are some dedicated fans...
although i do like some of the quote tattoos that transcend twilight.
15
16Some of these (less obvious, still corny) tattoos are pretty delicate and nice! This being said, no way I'd ever want a film poster on my shoulder, thankyouverymuch.
I know quite a few people with U2 tattoos, and while once again I'd never do something like that, at least they picked something a bit more subtle that can easily be hidden with a tee-shirt.
17these are...weird. i liked the series, it was a good story, but these tats are def not something you would want to have 10 or even 15 years from now when you're an adult and realize that it's just a book.
18people are really...weird...
19Some of those are cool [like the quotes that aren't exclusive to Twilight] ... and most of those are stupid mistakes that will be regretted later.
Why not use henna for something so fleeting of a fad????
20A tattoo is a personal statement of who you are at the moment. No one can say that the tattoo they get at the moment will have the same meaning to them 10 or 15 years down the road. I think tattoos represent who you are at a spicific time in your life. It is just a book, it's just words on a page, but that is not to say it doesn't hold some deeper meaning to someone. Any tattoo that anyone has could be thought of as dumb to someone else - your tattoos are no more important than any other ... it's the meaning that you place on it yourself. I have tattoos and they have meaning and power to me ... but they don't hold that same meaning to someone else. It's personal - that's why it's there. I am stepping down from my soapbox now. I just had to address it.
21Um, yea, WTF? What a waste of smooth and bare skin.
22The person who had Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's faces tattooed on her arm... I honestly don't know what to say! Totally ridic! One word: REGRET!
23that is just insane. why not just put those silly, cheesy quotes on your myspace or facebook... where they belong.
24Some of those tattoo "artists" need to practice a bit more.
25Twihards are going to regret it when the fads over.
26I agree with bluesarahlou that some of those are really bad. I would NOT want that stuck on me forevermore.
I like the "without the night..." with the stars, but the faces is just bad. And implants?? ick.
27If I were Robert Pattinson or Kristen Stewart, I would be terrified to think that someone had tattooed my face on their body. Disturbing. I like Twilight as much as the next person, I would only get a quote tattoed if the book had staying power over the generations. Like The Great Gatsby or Wuthering Heights. Who knows if anyone will like Twilight in 15-20 years? 75 years?
28that is freaking insane. I LOVE twilight and i love my tattoos, but never ever ever!!!! that is horrifying. The only one that doesn't make me want to vomit, is the one about the stars on the forearm. and i suppose you can't really judge anyones choice to tattoo, but they are a little crazy...
29haha I obviously enjoyed Twilight quite a bit, as you can tell from my username, but I would never go so far as to actually tattoo it on myself. I would like to get a tattoo sometime in the future, perhaps, but it would be small and meaningful, not a giant "I love Bella and Edward!" emblazoned across my back. Can you imagine what people would think when you went to the beach? You'd scare away all the guys!
30Although I gotta admit, some of these are pretty sweet/cool.
31some of the quotes are fine but if they really hit home but pictures !? of the album cover, the actors and stuff weirdddd.
32are these people for real??!!
33oh my god.
34I agree with everything mockheroic, who is the only one who has said anything useful here, said.
Obviously some of these tattoos are clearly less meaningful and more obviously fan related but who are you to say what reminds someone of something?
I have a Buffy and Angel inspired tattoo that I have had for 10 years now and it still reminds me of what it meant to me then. First love, true love, eternal love and life and if you think thats stupid then thats fine but I'm sure I wont like all the choices you've made either.
35and while I'm on the topic. Who are we to say what inspires someone? I was inspired every time I watched an episode of Buffy. I've cried and hurt 1000's times over countless novels and movies. I've been inspired to be a better person by a show about a vampire slayer and you all want to get stuck in to these people for being inspired by a true love story.
Sad that you can't just be glad they are inspired at all instead of killing people and hurting each other like most of the population of this planet.
36Buffybot, what is your tattoo? Claddagh ring? I am totally into Buffy myself.
37I'm all for any tattoo that makes someone happy, but I'm not so sure of how many of these people will be happy with them through the years. For those teenagers who didn't give it a second thought before getting inked, I have two words--Laser Removal!!
38Crazy.
39what.the.hell. are these people thinking?!
very odd.
40misscoopa, i agree!
41misscoopa, i agree!
42You have GOT to be KIDDING me!!! THIS IS INSANE!!! I LOVE the books and can get a bit obsessive, but I would NEVER get a tattoo. People are scary.
43I didn't see twilight, but some of those tats look like skin rashes that should be taken care of. And these people are stupid. Whatever happened to buying a t-shirt?
44this is the worst kind of fad i can imagine
45These people have a serious attachment issue to fictional characters. I think that's what their shrinks tell them.................The ones with just simple quotes aren't so bad, but not very original either.

47this is funny because the author, Stephanie Meyer, is mormon so she's definitely against getting tattoos!!
I think she would hate to see her work inspire desecrating the temple that is your body!!
hahaha Twilight. epic fail.
48Some of the quotes are nice especially the stars one but seriously 'Cullen' over your back are these people for real!
49OMG! You can't be serious! People are getting tattoos to do with twilight, how lame can you get! Liking the books and film is okay, but I think tattoos are pushing it!
