Like Fab, I'm all for statement-making pieces that take an outfit from blah to stupendous. But I'm not so sure about this Bijules NYC hair chain ($220). Made of real, dyed human hair, the necklace comes with its own comb and box. Would you wear it?

I'll stick to wearing my own hair on my own head. This weirds me out. Being strange aside, it looks like it'd get in the way...

10Um, I wouldn't wear my OWN hair on a necklace, much less someone else's. This is not only gross, but dumb too.
11I don't see wearing human hair as something any weirder than wearing fur or leather. (Though it's undoubtedly obtained in a more humane manner.) However, that particular necklace is gross-looking.

34It's certainly an odd fashion statement and not my cup of tea at all...
35Though, it doesn't seem too different to me from wearing someone else's hair in yours by way of hair extensions... or wigs for medical hairloss. I'm going to assume that the hair for those wigs and extensions have been cleaned and treated, so the necklace probably would be too. I don't get the grossness factor since it's not exactly being pulled straight from a drain and made into a necklace, but there is a weirdness factor there.
i would never wear that! not only b/c its rediculously expensive but because it's stupid. that hair should be given to locks of love or something. they should be made as wigs for people who actually need the hair. pretty stupid to me!
