With this sleek blunt hairstyle, Katy Perry declared to Teen Vogue that she "feels like Cleopatra" tonight. Is it me, or do you also see somewhat of a futuristic Betty Rubble in the mix, especially with the royal blue dress, metallic accents, and black locks?
This look, which is a lot bolder and richer than her opaque pink style from this year's Grammys, relies on some shimmery gold shadow in the inner v's, along with a bronze-toned shade on the contour to create a smoky look. Is this a yabba dabba doo — or a don't?
