1I can't believe NYX didn't make the list. NYX has fantastic products for very, very cheap rates.
2I agree sunshine, NYX eyeshadows are really great. I have all the loose pearl shadows, a few trios and singles and they've all exceeded my expectations. Heck, I rate them as highly as I do my MAC shadows and pigments!
3HIP eyeshadows are really great for a budget drugstore brand. and easy to find and common to catch on sale.
4I agree with NYX. They have a wide variety of colors as well as a quality product for a great price. Love them.
5I agree with NYX also. I love their loose eyeshadows.
6i think n.y.c should have been on the list. i wear it all the time and lasts pretty long
7I have a couple of the HIP shadows. Amazing power and quality for drugstore!!!
8HIP is the bomb! Loves it! Even though im living in Singapore, I find my way to get those babies because they are just divine
