I'm actually undecided on this. I think it's cute on Drew, but I would not wear it.

the way that se wears this with the messy hair and all makes her look tired and homeless. harsh? maybe just a little. I just miss that time when people actually tried to look good, not like they just got out of bed.

not saying that the effortless look is bad, i just think that its ok to look pretty AND effortless

it's not the shadow that is bad on her it's the location of the shadow. lower lid accenting makes her droopy eyes even droopier. if she did the upper lid and left lower alone - she'd look younger and fresher.

Her hair looks awful. She looks like she hasn't slept in days. Wat do u mean she looks cute???

I like the fun blue look, but she is looking her age finally. A bit tired and too much sun perhaps?

it's not so much the makeup that's wrong, but the hair. it looks like she's wearing a bad wig.

i love turquoise shadow under the eyes. youtube's pixiwoo did a brilliant tutorial on a look similar to this, but really gorgeous (bronze goddess using estee lauder).

I love the CONCEPT but she obviously has no idea what's she's doing with beauty in general so it looks terrible.

I like it on HER. She has always had that "free spirit" vibe so it fits. It doesn't look out of place as it might on someone else.

it looks like she had it on nice yesterday and then slept in it, then washed her face minus the eyes the next morning and then showed up to the lakers game with yesterdays blue eyeliner :S

I like the color but the application just doesn't look good to me...
