Rumer has it — red hair, that is. She's gone through many looks and lengths, but heavy bangs in this hue frame her face and highlight that porcelain skin.
On the makeup front, we're seeing something pretty minimal. Barely there lips and cheeks and eyes with light shadow and a very thin line on tops and bottoms. Is her look coming out on top for you, or somewhere near the bottom instead?

She looks like a mess...I'm not feeling the red hair on her, either.
1The hair is awful - it's completely the wrong color for her skin tone.

10Yeah, uh, even the best of makeup could only do so much. Her head looks like a freaking potato.
11It really is unfortunate Liz, I don't like saying that about people, but no amount of make up and there is no hair color or style that will make her look pretty.

The haircut is pretty bad, but
I like the color and I also like the eye makeup.

15She needs to get a nose job, and let the hair down to cover balance out the big face.
