103/6. I keep my weekly dairy consumption low since I noticed the connection to the more-than-usual breakouts when I ate more cheese or milk based foods (that also contributed to my weight gain.) While my skin still suffers from breakouts, I think I'm slowly beginning to find the right (natural) products.
