13TammyFir, I've found some pretty cute ones at Target. They're inexpensive, too! But if you're planning to buy new makeup anytime soon, it's worth checking out seasonal promotions. A lot of times you can get one as a gift with purchase.
14Target kicks butt on cheap, awesome, well made makeup bags -- look for Sonia Kashuk. Her little ones are well designed to open wide so you can hunt for your desired product.
I LOVE these collections. If I had boatloads of money, I would buy shu uemura.
