Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover ($24) seriously takes off anything and everything. I've been using this for years and it has never let me down. It has a dual-phase process to it you can actually see the separation when it's been still for a while) so you need to shake it to activate the formula before each use.
Upon contact, it washes away even the most stubborn water-proof makeup and it also conditions your skin so that the end result is a smooth and soft face.
The only super-small complaint I have is that sometimes I feel like I need to wash my face one more time than usual to get the extra layer of oil off.
Having said that, it's really not that big of a deal. It leaves my face feeling nice and cool, and the best part of all is that it's really light and gentle so never stings my eyes or makes them watery and red.
So there you have it: Sometimes the best products around are the oldies but goodies!

i love this product. It's the only eye makeup remover I use. It wouldn't work well if you have eyelash extensions though.
1Have used this for years myself and it definitely is the best eye make-up remover around!
2I absolutely love this stuff! I've used it for years, too. Definitely takes off every last bit of eye makeup and has never stung my eyes! And, I dig the separation. Dunno why, but it makes me happy.
3Ugh..I hated this.Over priced and overhyped. The best thing to remove makeup with is jojoba oil.
4Looks neat. Is that a top I can push down on with a cotton ball to get the product? Just how expensive is it?
5I've been using Bi-Facil for years and I think it's the best eye makeup remover around!! Since I take my eye makeup off before washing my face, I remove any excess oily feeling with my alcohol free toner [Tonique Douceur by Lancome as well].
6i love love LOVE this makeup remover. it is the only thing i ever used that took off ALL of my makeup (including some very stubborn stage makeup). its a staple in my beauty routine!
7i love this product!!!
8I cannot find another eye makeup remover like it!!!
It goes hand in hand with the Lancome Mascara
I hate that oily residue... Is this one as bad as some others? I like Clinique's eye makeup remover, the non oily one that doesn't have the separation.
9I use the L'Oreal one that basically looks like a small version of it. Lancome is one of L'Oreal Paris's lines, so I think they probably use some of the same stuff for it. The L'Oreal one is cheaper, doesn't leave oily residue, removes stubborn makeup (especially gross flaky/smudgy eye makeup) and doesn't irritate my contact-lens-wearing eyes. so I'd recommend that one instead of the Lancome one...
10too pricey for me.
11This stuff is great. I've tried other brands and they just can't compare. I wash my face first, put very little on a cotton square, clean around my eyes, wipe with a towel, and I'm done! Since I use so little every day, the bottle seems to last forever!
12i like it but can't stand the oil part of it, I only wear it when I'm wearing waterproof stuff, otherwise is my biotherm gel one
13I, too, love this product. To apply, I shake it, then hold a cotton ball over the top, flip it upside down, then flip back. It's the BEST for removing waterproof mascara.
14I also love this product, and what's better is that you can buy it when Lancome has gwp or from stock up from Sephora and get samples!
15I love this product too! It is a bit pricey for me to use it all the time though.
16I love this product!
17It's really popular in Japan, too♪
For a little bit cheaper, Clean & Clear's Makeup Remover works quite well too.

18I posted this in a "beauty mark" a while back. I got so many of my friends HOOKED on this stuff!
19I have used this product for years, it's very good, takes it all away, but a little bit expensive. I tried many lines but i couldn't find a remover similar to it....Then thank God, Neutrogena's eye makeup remover came out last year, it's the best for me, it's my HG now!
20It seems a bit pricey, but I have to try it! I'm tired of pulling at my eyes (don't want the fine wrinkles) and I don't mind washing my face again. Sounds perfect!
21Love this product. Makes the eye area so soft. Only downside is the price.
