I like to think that I'm a generous girl, happy to share whenever a friend is in need. In the past, roommates and I have had a communal hair dryer and a shared toothpaste tube — and we never had any territorial disputes over the shower caddy. And yet, if anyone were even to think about using my Clarisonic, I would hide that thing like Gollum. Nobody touches my Clarisonic! Whether you deal with roommates, family, or a partner, are you keen on sharing most things?

I have a major makeup obsession, so my collection is pretty huge. My roommate isnt as into makeup as I am, so it makes me happy when she ventures into my stash and borrows one of my eyeshadows.
I'd share anything. I mean, everything is replaceable, so if I ran out, it wouldn't be a big deal to buy a new one. Plus, what is sharing shampoo or a hair dryer going to do?
...and after living with my boyfriend, I am pretty used to him using my leave-in conditioner as a gel substitute and random things like that. It used to be irritating, but now I don't care.
i'm not very good at sharing....
When I was in high school we all tended to share my make-up with friends in the locker-room after PE... it was at that point I started noticing small bumps around my eyes (where one would put eyeliner) that have never gone away. Needless to say, I do not share anything anymore (for my sake and the sake of others).
So beware, I guess. Check the face of the one you're sharing with!!
I don't share my face products.
Depends what it is, but my lotions and stuff that are pricey, no.
I don't share my hair products, everything else I'm ok with...and Bella, I did not need to see that picture 1st thing in the morning.
Is the clarisonic worth the $?
I share my shadows, complexion products and body care. My boyfriend takes it upon himself to use the most expensive things I have, skincare/haircare wise. LOL. It's agitating sometimes but super cute!
I love that picture ahaha!
I'd share soap and shampoo and the like, but I wouldn't share makeup brushes or lip balm or eyeliner... That stuff gets gunked up and passes on germs too easily :/
I share lotion, shampoo and things like that. But I'm kind of a germaphobe, so I don't share makeup or hair brushes.
My husband made a huge deal out of my using his texturizing clay. So I said, do you use my expensive shampoo and conditioner? He said...yes. So I said, then be quiet.
No
haha love the picture bella!
I share hairspray and hair tools with my roommates since I do their hair for going out, events, or when we're bored, but that's as far as the sharing goes. We mostly have our own stuff.
Sometime's I'll share make-up with sisters or really really good friends, but body products, no way!
I take my grooming very personally. Weird I know but I have everything lined up for when I need to use what time of day what day of week. If someone were to mess that up it would really p!@# me off. It helps that my husband and I have seperate bathrooms. But going on roadtrips with girlfriends my products only leave my bag when I need them then they are wiped and put away.
One time a close girlfriend and I were in Edmonton for Phantom of the Opera and she went to have a shower and said 'guess why I didn't bring any shampoo'-I said why-and she said 'because I knew you would'. to me I don't care who you are that is disrespectful. She is a tomboy and couldn't care less about her hair (obviously) and that shampoo happened to be phosfate-sulfate free and organic and quite expensive and she wouldn't appreciate it. Still ticks me to this day.
Amazing picture.
That's a great photo.
That pictures made my day!
I wouldn't mind sharing shampoo/conditioner or something like that once in a while. If it's going to be an every day thing, then pay up because I buy nice products! But as far as face brushes/make up, I think it's safer to not share.
I'm loving the picture!
hahahahaah @ the picture!
Glad you like the photo, because I had way too much fun putting that together. I aim to please tricksy hobbitses whenever possible. (Also, ol' Smeags really could use some shampoo.)
I NEVER share my soap. Only because its expensive and hypo-allergenic. Normal soap makes me rash up so when someone nips off with my Lush bar, heads roll!
Anything else I'm not too fussed about. As long as its put back where it came from and doesn't come back empty.
My sister-in-law, who is kind of a whack job anyway, wanted to borrow my mascara. I was thinking, "Ew, who borrows something that goes so close to your eyes?!" I tried to gently explain that I didn't think it would be a great idea, but she was absolutely adamant that if she didn't have it, she would DIE. So, I just gave her the tube.
Otherwise, I share just about everything else.
i dont like share my shampoo and conditioner because i buy nice products, but make up, brushed hair i dont share. my body lotion, shower gel , toohpaste i dont to share, because the product is his bottle so it wont be contaminate
I don't like sharing. Period. lol
with my best friends yes of course
