Her famous swimsuit poster sold between five million and 12 million copies, depending on who you ask — and then there's her signature feathered flip, a hairstyle that seemed everywhere in the '70s and made a comeback this year.

Before becoming a television star, Fawcett appeared in a string of commercials, most of which played off her perky demeanor and megawatt smile. (Check her "flippy hair" ad as well as this sexy spot.)
