Do you chime along to the sing-along version of The Sound of Music, complete with Liesl von Trapp-inspired ponytail? Or perhaps you're more of a Star Wars fan, opting for Princess Leia-style buns. Whether you paint your face like these fans below did at the London premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, or you prefer the edgy looks of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, tell us what hair and/or makeup application techniques you embrace for the sake of your favorite films.

It depends on the movie, but I have definitely dressed up before. We have a local movie theatre that does a lot of special event movies and sing-alongs or quote-alongs and they encourage it. Most recently, I drug out the flannel and too much black eyeliner for the 90's Singalong.
1I haven't done that - yet. I recently went to a screening of all three Lord of the Rings films with friends, some of which were dressed up as elves, rangers and hobbits...I wasn't dressed up but I was wishing I were. Next time, I guess...
Those girls look like football supporters to me though >_<</p> 2
No.
3Nope. I would feel weird doing that. Those girls look like they are at a Football game!? Strange...
4Like this no, but last month I went to a screening of Grease and a group of us dressed up. Nothing too extreme.
5Agreed. These girls looks like they should be tailgating and cheering for a sexy quarterback...but hey, if you really love something, I don't see the harm in indulging a little.
6I admit to dressing up for Harry Potter premieres. Love it. Rocky Horror, too, of course.
7They are dressed as supporters of the Gryffindor house quidditch team (they one harry belongs) Cant wait for the movie!
