Just not a fan...although I do think it is very artistic.
atrocious. long nails are icky enough without all that crap on them. i get that it's decorative and not necessarily functional, but all i can think is "bacteria trap"
how would you wash your hands?
While I wouldn't wear any of these looks, I sure did enjoy looking at them!
Most of these are terrifyingly long and impractical, but A+ for the Jeff Koons reference!
Doogirl, ITA!
I also don't really think these ladies take any of that seriously, it seems they just do it for fun, and know damn well it looks gaudy, unpractical and over-the-top.
Interesting....but anyone who gets any of those wouldn't be able to do pretty much anything with their hands.
Very beautiful creations!
I LOVE CRAZY NAILS LIKE THESE! Though you can't get ANYTHING done with them!
Wow! I would have never thought that you could do so much with nails.
Wowie.
these are absolutely disgusting. Fake nails are tacky enough.
Very impractical, if you ask me. As jewelery they'd be something else indeed.
HORROR!
jeez these are FUGLY!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH
Oi. This is art, of course, not life (for the most part) but wow. The red and black ones with the Sakura, I could see the Sakura on a thumbnail, maybe, but that's just because I keep my (naturally awesome) nails shorter. Some are pretty and well-done, and clearly a demonstration of technique more than a style...others are really more just "Let's see how much crap I can glue onto one nail and have it all fit! Well...MOSTLY fit!"
Why would i want this crap on my nails
While I'm not a fan of long nails like above, I do beleibe it is creative.
Inconvenient, but really creative.
I can't even stan long natural nails.
I think they're nasty and atracts bacteria.
Plus.. this kind of "design" really scream "Ho"
Not classy and lot trasy.
When I saw the first picture on the BellaSugar Home Page, I thought it was an article on some kind of nail disease. Now that I see what it is, I appreciate the artistry, but I don't think it is very attractive - not for me personally.
errr, it's very artistic but creepy at the same time. Makes me shiver when i stare at it too long lol
AKA junk nails...i love em but would never wear em
They seem interesting for parties but wearing them 24/7 doesn't seem comfortable. I enjoyed looking at them though. :]
Here you have a very merry
These are competition nails. These designs aren't worn everyday in most cases. They are done to show off the style, creativity, and ability of Nail Technicians.
Yeah I wouldn't even want my nails done like this for Halloween. I think it is creative, but not for me.
oh no...when i first saw this picture i thought "didn't know you could get an std on your fingers"...
How do you brush your hair or put a hair tie in without ripping off a nail like that? I don't even want to know how you'd wipe yourself either... ew.
you are all a bunch of fashion illiterate! don't you know a trend when you see it? all you need is Nicole Kidman to be showing up on the red carpet with some toned down and yet still absurd looking nails and it will be all the rage. fashion has nothing to do with beauty or practicality. I mean seriously, gladiator sandles??? I think these nails are cutting edge.
american people dont know NOTHING about fashion..LOL
haha seriously, sorry about americans... these nails are awesome. i bet ur just jealous or have no style if ur talking sh*t about deco nails here..LOL im so glad Im not american..hahaha
it's art love it
