The inventors of the infinitely amazing Sonicare toothbrush have now brought us the Clarisonic Sonic Skin Care Brush Kit. This cleansing brush is extremely gentle on your face, so you can use it everyday, even if you suffer from acne or rosacea. The super-soft bristles oscillate at 300 movements per second to open pores to remove dirt and oil. I love that it's water resistant, so you can use it in the shower while your pores are steamed and open.
Much the way the Sonicare is more effective for cleaning teeth, the Clarisonic is twice as effective as manual washing. Plus, since it increases product absorption, you only have to use a little bit of cleanser. Clarisonic is intended to reduce oily areas, dry skin patches, visible pores, and pimples for both men and women. You can buy the kit here for $195, which gets you a waterproof cordless brush handle, two brush heads, a countertop charger, and a 2-ounce daily cleanser, though you can use whatever cleanser you prefer. If it's anything like the Sonicare, this thing could change your life.

1Me too. I WANT IT.
2Looks like something I want.
3Definitely want* it!!
4There is a product like this out on the market for less I believe. John Travoltas wife promotes it, I cant think of the name. It may be Neutrogena. Im sure it works the same way and would be a good choice if you dont have $200 laying around.
5Here is a link for the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion product--under $40.

6It's not really the same at all, it'd be nice though since it's so cheap! The Neutrogena one is a sponge and you put cream on your face that contains aluminum oxide. It's not something you can use everyday because of how abrasive it is.
7Has anyone tried that home microdermabrasion kit from Loreal? I was not really impressed- I didn't notice any difference at all. Then, about 3/4 of the way thru the tube of scrub, I guess I didn't seal it tight enough, and it hardened like nailpolish!
83Sweeties, I found the alpha-hydrox kit was much better than the microderm kit.
9Was that the one that was more for aging, or more for "peeling" like for acne scars? KidCrazy?
10It's called ReNoviste: Anti-age glycolic peel kit.
11Well, I have break-outs so used it for that, and it stopped them. I just find scrubs way too harsh on my skin and I don't get the results that I get with an alph-hydrox product.
12Ok, maybe I will try that one. I just want my skin to look like an airbrushed movie star- is that too much to ask?
13LOL 3Sweeties, I don't think it's too much to ask at all.
14Well good! I saw a pic of Jen Aniston on a mag, and her skin was so beautiful. I know that a nearly 40 yr old smoker does not have skin that pretty! It is not fair to me, a 28 yr old who has never smoked, drinks water constantly, moisturizes like crazy, and has been using anti-aging products and sunscreen since age 14. So not fair!
15That was sort of a rant! haha
16I've been on the lookout for something like this because my skin is really dry.
17i already bought the clarisonic unit and its amazing.
