Think about how much styling product you use on your hair, and you'll begin to understand why it needs the occasional deep clean. I've recently fallen in love with Tonic from Bumble and Bumble, which leaves my hair looking clean and bouncy for days on end. Seriously, I could go for three days without looking like Countess Von Greasyhair.
Inspired by my love of Tonic, I want to know what kind of deep-cleansing shampoos you like. So for this week's Beauty Mark It challenge, tell me by Beauty Marking your favorites and tagging your choices with the phrase "cleansing shampoo." I'll feature the readers' favorites on BellaSugar next Tuesday, July 24.

interesing! but I have some questions...
1would you use this product as your daily shampoo (i'm guessing no)?
and if not, could you wash your hair with your regular shampoo the day after using Tonic? as you indicated going three days...was that without hair washing or just the many daily products damaging your hair??
Save your money on the shampoo and just use a water with lemon juice rinse through your hair after shampooing it.
2I really need a good deep-cleaning shampoo. I've recently started to break out along my hairline and the nape of my neck and I really can't understand why because I use styling products MAYBE 1-2 times a week. I've tried tea tree shampoo and nothing seems to be doing the trick. any advice?
3nomerz ... have you tried changing your pillow-case frequently? (i mean, like every 2 days or so) - i think it helps
4dont use a deep clean shampoo but will read the beauty marks and give them a try x
5It is not labeled as a cleansing shampoo, but I know after swimming to get the chlorine out, and after having too much leave-in conditioner on my hair, I use Tresemme 'Breakage Relief' (or something like that) shampoo. I don't remember the exact name of it, but it comes in a container that is black, with teal writing on some of it. I believe it is touted as having gelatin in it, as well.
I think it really cleans my hair without stripping it.
6I'm a big Bumble and Bumble fan. I love Tonic, but I rather like their Sunday Shampoo too. I use it once a week, and then shampoo every other day.
7Nomerz -- Also, this sounds so stupid, but if you're not...Wash your face after you rinse out your conditioner. Sometimes the ingredients in conitioner can be a major pore clogger.
8i bow to all haircare Bb.
my thick hair loves it. i have used this Tonic before, but I never need to deep clean since all the Bb shampoo/conditioner products are so light.
9my hair get's SO oily at time and it would be really great if i got a good shampoo!
