Yeesh, I am really hoping that this Sex On The Beach Cologne Spray by Demeter smells more like the cocktail than the actual scent of sex! What a funny name for a fragrance, although I must say, it fits in just dandy with beach week.
And as it turns out, we're good to go: The scent is R-rated, but only because there's vodka in it! It actually sounds quite refreshing for the heat of the summer—even good enough to drink!
Its notes are reminiscent of vodka, unsweetened pineapple juice, a little bit of cranberry juice and a smidgen of raspberry and melon liquors. It is available in several different sizes here ranging from .5 oz for $10 to 4 oz for $40. Not too bad for a little spritz of eau de sexy!

I actually got this 3-4 years ago and I keep it in the car for quick spritzs. It's great for when you are on the run and need a little something.

2this smells pretty good....but i'd have a hard time wearing it during the week, i'd want a fruity drink in the middle of the day!
3I don't know how I feel about this...it makes me feel like I would smell like a hangover, or someone who got a drink spilled on me...lol maybe that's what Lindsay should tell the judge about her DUI! "I wasn't drinking, it's the vodka perfume I SWEAR!"

5Demeter also has a scent called Sugar Cookie, and it smells exactly like fresh baked cookies (yum!). I don't know if I'd wear it, but I might buy a bottle just to smell the delicious cookie scent.

7I was thinking this would be a cute perfume until I read that it had vodka in it. Not that I don't drink vodka now and then, but... I don't want to go around smelling like I've been taking a swig from a flask every hour or so.
8Anything from Demeter is always so much more interesting than any other perfume house.

I was in Whole Foods and had to sniff them all ... the play dough one smelled right on.. and my mom said that one that smelled like weed was right on too.... But i didn't know that b/c I'm not a child of the 70's and Im a good girl in this era... OH fyi my mom doesnt smoke weed....
12the regular sex on the beach smells amazing. it doesn't smell like vodka. just a nice fruity summer fragrance.
now...devil's food cake...that's for when you're in a serious chocolate mood, because that's precisely what it tastes like

14I used to have this years ago. I really liked it, but after a while it can get too sugary-sweet.

18yoyo i used to work at anthropologie and they had the demeter perfumes and every once in a while i'd open the sugar cookie one just to take a whiff lol they had a brownie one too that smelled great. i'd never wear it- but it made me feel better while i was working lol
19Ive been using this for four year. Back when it was around $10! Sadly, its about doubled.
But I love the fuity smell. And its great for just a quick spritz before heading out the door.
Demeter has some of the craziest scents (dirt, detergent, etc.) Theyre awesome!
