I have a feeling we're going to be hearing a lot more about Kate Mara in the future. The actress has been picking up parts in film and TV (remember her in 24 [1]?), and she seems to be working on building a career, not a presence in the tabloids.

Here she is at this weekend's premiere of Stardust [2]. I'm not loving the dress—the bodice reminds me of Minnie Mouse's ears—but I like the contrast between her heavily lined eyes and unfussy hair. What do you think?
