This fall, we welcome the Seducers Collection from Prescriptives. The gorgeous, rich five-piece collection is available now in limited-edition quantities. This is a cool change, made of purples and blues from the Prescriptives summer Vibrants Collection.
The line was inspired by 1940's Hollywood glamour and is a reflection of what the Fall 2007 Fashion Shows were showing. There are lots of bright colors, and the focus is on groomed brows, bold lips and lined eyes.
The collection includes five new products, including a High Contrast Refillable Custom Compact ($17), a Lucky Stroke Eye Defining Liquid Liner ($19.50) in three colors, a Groom Stick for Brows ($18.50) in four shades, Colorscope Lip Color ($17.50) in four new shades, and Colorscope Eye Color in five new shades ($14). So far, I've tried a few of the eye shadows and they blend very well. I can't wait to try the rest. For a closer look at the line, click on the images below.

I am noticing that most major cosmetic brands today are into dark colors. It's really nice to try them but darker colors other than my eyes don't enhance my skintone and features.

2I love Prescriptives. I am glad they are stepping their color game up, too, but their foundations are the best. It's the only over-the-counter foundation I use in my kit.
3To me, this looks like a throw-back to the 80's! Personally, I love that most people/celebs are wearing fresh and natural-looking makeup. I think it's so much prettier.
