Since this week is super blush-centric, I thought I'd pay tribute to the queen of all blushers: Nars Cosmetics Blush in Orgasm ($25). When it first launched, girls giggled then oohed and aahed over the sexy name. In time, product sales shot to the moon and the lengthy wait lists became no laughing matter — attaining Orgasm was nearly impossible! Luckily, production came through and now there's enough Orgasm to go around.
This blush has the largest following I have ever seen. It's a shimmery pinky-peach shade, typically reserved for those with olive skin tones. However, this particular color has a special je ne sais quoi that makes it universally flattering.

I took your advice re: mixing broken blush with Vaseline on this VERY product! It makes a beautiful lip gloss, as well!!
P.S. - no Nars blush was harmed in the making of the lipgloss...I just scraped a bit off the corner....
1who can resist orgasm? this blush is fantabulous. i personally love the double orgasm combo which includes both nars blush and bronzer.

3wow, I can't imagine going up to a sales person and asking them to get me an orgasm. Pretty color blush though, I would definitely try it.
4Ooh I've always wanted to try this blush cuz I hear good things about it all the time. Right now I'm using Everyday Minerals blush in Siesta, and I believe the color is very similar to Nars Orgasm. When I'm done with the mineral blush, I def will have to try this one!
5I love this color of blush. Between Orgasm, Nars in Crazed and CARGO in Prague, I have the three perfect blushes. I use Orgasm the most because it is so natural and so face brightening (is that a word?). Anyways, its the best.

22I have this blush. I wanted to get the Gina because apparently its the best of the Nars blushes for Asian chicks but they were out so I got Orgasm instead. I love it but I still want to try Gina.
23A.ctually like Clinique's Precious Posey better. I have light olive skin and this gives me a better glow. It's also $7 cheaper

31I bought this years ago because everyone said it was so great. It actually is! I have fair skin and I love the peachy-pink glow I get from it! It's a great summer or natural looking shade.

34Love, love, love this blush! I have very fair skin, and this gives me just the prettiest, subtle glow. I alternate between this one and Kevyn Aucoin's Dolline blush.
35I've never tried this but I have very fair skin and have always shied away from 'peachy' shades. I see quite a few other fair-skinned ladies here rave about it so I may have to give it a go.

38I have this. I really didn't like it at first, but now I use it almost every day! (I have medium skin tone btw)
39It's a gorgeous color that is really hard to come by anywhere else. The name just helps it along. I love it.
40It's not that great for medium to dark African American skin tones (despite all the claims of it being "universal.") It does work well for me when I top my regular deeper colored blushes with a swipe of this. It adds dimension and shimmer. But alone, I wouldn't recommend it for the darker skinned sisters.
