The hot nail shape at shows like The Blondes, ThreeASFOUR, and Victor DeSouza was almond. It's an old-fashioned but extremely elegant shape that can basically be described as a tapered oval. In the most extreme cases, the nails are filed into pointy "talons," but a soft almond shape is extremely pretty and wearable. Plus, it has the benefit of making small fingers look longer.
