The darker color could be flattering if she styled it differently...or at all. But I like her better with lighter hair.

She is obviously dressed up to look better in the photo where she has lighter brown hair, but still, that being said, I think the lighter color flatters her skin tone much more.

I don't think pairing these to images of her together is really a fair say. One is a press foto where she's posing, the other she is completely off-guard and working. I'll have to wait to see a better photograph of her with dark hair. It could work...

its hard to say because she is glammed up in one pic not the other. i choose light but i wnat to see her all made up because dark could be rally really pretty on her.

I can live with almost every colour - as long as she never goes back to that bright blonde she used to have a few years ago. That was horrible!

Well....it doesn't help that her hair looks really greasy and flat in the second pic.

I chose light but I'd like to see her "done up" in the dark to really make a fair comparison.

She looks ages older with dark hair.

It's hard to tell when you are comparing a photo from when she is totally made up and one from when she is totally dressed down. I'm sure that either way she looks great.

UM NOOOO not if its that dark hair she looks dirty in that pic ,so of course the lighter pic works better . if the darker hair was clean maybe . but shes a cute girl that doesnt getthat much play so maybe the lighter will work for her i hope so im sick of the other IT girls besides there all druggies.

Well, you can't really compare the two, like others have noted. She's on set and she's playing a desperate person and they've given her rings under her eyes, made her all pale and her hair looks all greasy and horrible. I think this was a little rushed. We'll have to wait when she's out and about OFF the set and not filming.

The dark is too harsh for her! Lighter looks great.

Like others have said, it isn't that fair to compare these two photos. One is Jessica working it, the other looks like someone's mom at Wal-Mart. I'm abstaining from judging until there is more evidence that this is horrible hair. Plus, we aren't used to seeing her in dark hair, so it might just need time.

The pic on the right is just a bad pic, but def the lighter color. She's too fair for that harsh brown. On the right, her hair also has that look of hair that has just been darkened and hasn't been washed since, like it's wearing it's own brown velvet jacket, it's completely matte with no shine at all. Scrub it four or five times and let me look at it again.

the honey blonde is much more flattering and she looks more fun and young with the lighter color.

I think if there were a more flattering picture, it would be easier to see which looks better. But for now, I'm going with the light brown.

The light brown looks so much better, but in fairness, the dark brown cut is greasy and not flattering, plus her make-up helps the hair wash her face out. Maybe with the right cut, style and make-up, it wouldn't look so bad. I still prefer lighter hair though.

the two pics are an unfair comparison as one is a glam, pose strike look and the other is plain, paparazzi like shot but I think light locks and brighter colours "beautifies" anyone
