For women who want breast implants, money is often a huge roadblock. (Read this story to find out how people are affording these pricey procedures.) That's why an entrepreneur named Jason Grunstra has come up with Myfreeimplants.com, a site that connects small-chested females with men who'll donate money to help them reach that goal. The guys pay $1.25 to send a message to the women, and $1.00 of that fee goes to their surgery fund (Grunstra keeps 25 cents).
Some women auction their underwear to potential benefactors, while others pose for nude photos. Ashley, the 23-year-old shown here, is looking to have her second breast augmentation. Through the site, she earns $50 for sending users topless photos (sometimes in a schoolgirl outfit) and $100 for a nude photo. She estimates she's sent out approximately 200 of these photos, saying:
"It's a business thing for me. I mean, I hate to feel that way. Because I know some of these guys are thinking I'm their friend," she says. "I'm not really a fake person, so it's kind of a challenge for me. But at the same time, you know, you got to make the money."
Unsurprisingly, the concept has earned the ire of people who say it's an exploitative venture. But with more than 5 million page views per month, there's clearly an audience of women who can't afford augmentation on their own (and, of course, men who are willing to pay to help them reach their goal). What do you think? Is this a savvy move for the small-chested, or is it just a sign of small self-esteem?

It's kind of ironic that the guys are paying to see the women before surgery and yet the women want bigger boobs...
1Ha! I didn't think of it that way at all — you make a good point.
2I heard about this last week on Nancy Grace! These girls are crazy!
3Good point SweetPeasMom! Very Ironic! Why can't women just be happy with themselves?
4im sorry buts thats discusting in my eyes
5I don't think women should need to do those things to themselves....and the first noter was absolutely right. small-chested girls are fine, I should know! you don't have to change yourself for anyone else.
6I feel really bad for those women that they feel that first they are not good enough how they were made, then they think it is ok to sell themselfs in order to change the outside. I'm pretty sure every girl on that site needs some serious help.
7She's claiming to be 23?! Is that a typo, because she looks more like 32- plus a few more!
8What a skeezy setup.
9there was an article on this is the last ELLE (the one with lohan on the cover)
10Great point, SweetPeasMom.
11SweetPeasMom, that's exactly what I was thinking. She can't be that insecure to pose nude or send pics. Very sleezy set up this guy has here.
12A woman should do this for guys wanting penile implants!
SPM is right, and I also think it's ironic that she says, "I'm not really a fake person" but she has a boob job.
This seems kind of hookerish to me.
13Also agree w/ SweetPeasMom. Also, this is just icky!
14Let's sing this all together now..."It's the end of the world as we know it..."
15Ok so our already stellar society has reached a new low! wow, i didn't think it was possible.
16disgusting and cheap
17oh my god what have we come to. This is sad, so so sad.
18This is HORRIBLE! Last I heard, wasn't the jury still out on the safety of breast implants, anyway? Why should this woman encourage other women to put their health at risk? Why do these women think they NEED breast implants, anyway? If only this woman were putting her time and energy to helping women achieve things they REALLY need, like health care, or education, or safety from domestic violence and sexual assault. At the very least, she could put her time and energy into helping women recovering from breast cancer receive reconstructive surgery.
19this seriously disgusts me.
20I think that is a really sad and pathetic way of getting implants. I have been a small chested woman all my life. My boobs are finally starting to get bigger than an A cup and I'm 33 years old!!! LOL!! But I have friends that are double D's and they've gotten breast reductions because of the strain on their backs and shoulders and they are so happy now to have smaller boobs. And they didn't show themselves in the nude to get the money to pay for it...they saved!!!! Sheesh.

22ooh sorry for the double post
23Poor men being conned out of their money. This is stupid.
24i agree with sweetpeamom it really wrong
25i just read about this in the september issue of Elle. i was and still am completely disgusted. but i also really feel badly for these women who are pimping themselves out (sending guys nude pics for money for implants?!?!) just to get implants. their self esteem must be really low.
26i think that doctors should refuse to do the surgeries on women who get the money from this source, and i wonder if the site is even legal?
If she's 23, then I'm the Queen of England.
27I think it's pretty cool. I don't necessarily think it's the best way to raise money for implants, but you gotta give credit to such innovative ideas!
28I have nothing against cosmetic surgery or implants (women don't actually need them, but I have come to understand how confidence and self esteem are extremely complex issues.) However, I do have something against this Jason Grunstra guy.
He's behaving no differently from a pimp, yet he's being praised for his entrepreneurship and creativity? Give me a break.
I personally find the idea of sending nude pictures of myself to strange men demeaning (I speak only for myself), but I understand that everybody's comfort level is different, and money is money after all; so even though I dislike the whole principle of the site, I still think someone with the tech skills should set up a new site that does the same thing as Grunstra's WITHOUT taking a 20% (TWENTY!!!! Greedy much?) cut of the money.
29To each their own, but I'm def not a fan
30Can women not be happy with themselves anymore? What kind of message is this sending to our daughters? They look to us for guidance and seeing mommy not happy with small boobs and getting implants is just super. Just my opinion. To each her own.
31I do support plastic surgery but not that website. In my opinion, you do these operations for yourself and so they shouldn't be paid by some internet guys paying for porn.
To VMars: if women really were happy with themselves, why do they spent tons of money for clothes, cremes and hair styling? Plastic surgery may be very invasive but to my mind it's not different.
More interesting: what will happen in 20 years when you have to renew your implants? Return to the site?
32Urghh its yet another form of women selling themselves .
33Money is the root of all evil.
34These women better not have any long-term career goals. If people can get fired for a night of drunken debauchery on myspace, God only knows what 200 nudie photos could do for a career.
35ugh, gross and disgusting. these women have the right to do whatever they want with their bodies, of course, but something about this is just so skeevy. it clearly places more value on the women's breasts and bodies than on the women themselves, and that's where i have to draw the line. *shudder*
36gross...
37Omg! Seriously....I agree. If the men are paying to see the women naked before the surgery...doesn't that say something? Boobs are boobs. Men love them no matter the size. This is a really bad example for young women!!!
38Ewwwww. End of story.
39I can't believe women would sink this low
40I have to say this doesn’t really bother me, and I will tell you why. I see women everyday who “exploit” themselves to men, in order to get money to do the things they want. The waitresses at Hooters wear next to nothing, overly flirt, and get gigantic tips, I see rich older men with young ladies who are basically “kept” and none of them seem to have bad esteem! Our magazines and websites and TVs are full of young women right now who expose themselves and are getting paid for it! (lohan, Hilton, Brittney) I see it as exploiting the men! Who are these suckers and losers who will pay for flirting, or underwear, or shots of ta-tas? Who says these womens self esteem is bad?, Does plastic surgery equal bad esteem, or is it just the topless photos? It takes some guts to put yourself out there like that just so you can be able to enhance your body! If somebody had told me that there was a website called “freenosejobs”.com and all I had to do was send some gullible men my undies to get the money I would have raided frikkin goodwill and sent them a ton, and saved myself thousands.
41It might be tacky, but its really just business. Goods for services!!!
That chick does not look 23 at all. She says she feels bad that these guys she is using to pay for her boob job think she is thier friend, but really, it sounds like she's the one being duped into thinking they care about her. They just want naked pictures of her.
42one word SAD!
43i guess that was 3 but whatever
well thats interesting...and so wrong..
44This is totally a form of prostitution! I'm a small chested girl; you just have to own it!!
45I agree with Sweet Pea's Mom.
Is it really worth it to show your boob's to tons of stranger's to get bigger boobs? Well now that i type that i guess it is no different than a stripper!
46I wouldn't mind this for a reduction and a lift. I'm so tired of having to wear 2-3 sports bras to protect them while running.
47I am totally with you angelfromlsu! And if this is what these women want to do, more power to em, Grunstra was just smart enough to think of it first.
48Extremely pathetic. I'm embarrased for these women that are so desperate for larger chests that they would exploit themselves. Small chest, large chest, people need to learn to love themselves enough to be happy with what they've got.
49I read about this recently.
Don't now if this was made clear but you don't HAVE to send naked pictures of yourself to make money. All you have to do is email people, and it's 1:50 er email. Some girls also decide to do other things, including send pictres, and some go all the way and send nude pics. I guess the more titillating (teehee) the more money?
I don't have a problem with surgery and I don't necessarily have a problem with the website, the guy saw a need and filled it (I'm with Caterpillargirl on this one). What bothers me is that there is such a market for it . . . that these girls would be willing to pimp themselves out like that. No one is forcing them to, not the web owner nor the guys that send the money, they choose to do it. And that's sad to me. There's so many other ways to raise money. . . . .
