This month author Lucy Porter is coming out with what looks like a hilarious look at hirsute members of the opposite sex entitled Hairy Hunks: A Celebration of Shaggy Stallions. I love Mr. Bella's fuzzy-wuzziness, but before I met him I would never have thought I'd be as attracted to a hairy guy. I think this book would make a funny gift for anybody in your life who's got a weakness for Tom Selleck, and an awesome thing to have on your coffee table. But how do you feel about shaggy men? Are they cuddly and warm, or too scratchy for your liking?

all other things equal, i'm not a fan
1i don't like the long hair look, and beards are only okay to a degree...past a certain level of scruffiness i'm not a fan
and hair on the chest is fine (obviously) but like a guy with a gorilla vest and hairy back is not what i would choose
but then again, if i loved the guy i wouldn't care about his hair, the way i would hope he would be able to look past some of my physical flaws and love me anyway!
I don't like a really long beard but I don't mind a hairy chest.... though this reminds me of a history professor I had once a few years ago. Hairy would curl up over the back of the collar of his polo shirt and seriously hang. That was not attractive in the least bit.
2it's kind of wierd - I guess you could say I am very traditional in that I hate when any man has long hair and I love men with facial hair; especially beards (I don't know why; I've always thought that all men look best with at least a little stubble - I looove scruff).
3as far as hairy men; I can't say I particularly LOVE a lot of chest hair, etc.; but I definitely DON'T like a guy with no chest hair - it is just so creepy to me these boys on these teen shows (Gossip Girl, etc.) with waxed chests (they look pre-pubescent)...
It's very masculine.. but there's a point where it becomes sort of.. primate.. lol

5I like long hair, as long as it suits him. I wish my partner would grow his hair out a bit, he looks so sexy with a bit of hair to grab onto.
6Beards are a no no, scruff yes, jesus beard, no.
Long hair--no. Chest hair--yes. Facial hair--I like a little scruff, but not a full on beard.
