On Wednesday afternoon, the highly anticipated BCBG Spring 2008 show took center stage in the Bryant Park tents. FabSugar seemed to be smitten by the clothing, but I'm not entirely sold on the makeup choice to match. Here are a couple of pictures of the pretty Jessica Stam from before and during the show. How do you feel about this white winged eyeliner look?

I think it makes the models look bleary-eyed. Not that a touch of white at the inside corner OR in the form of a liner can't be a good thing.
reminds me of aliens
but i have heard done right it looks good
i wanna try this
No
hideous.
it makes her look like a doe
i kinda like it... it's cool for the runway! gotta be over the top
Looks like an alien, yuck!!
Maybe if you are going clubbing, but in general, ugh.
Don't like it. Makes their eyes look small.
I like this in moderation. I do my top lid but don't go with the winged look with white eyeliner. Also, she looks like she needs to gain weight and I was distracted from the makeup!
leave it on the runway, white eyeliner NEVER looks good in person, in my opinion...
she looks like she has some weird illness
I actually like it!
It gives an alien look that I hate.
i dunno.. i think it looks OOOOKkkk... but its defiantly something that WOULD NOT LOOK GOOD ON ME! haha
I do not like it. BUT if I were skinny again like I used to be...I would do it. What the heck.
LOVE Jessica Stam. I think it looks great on the runway, but maybe not as severe for the everyday.
Aw, Harmonden, you don't need to be skinny to have fun with your makeup. Why not try it out?
i only love Stam in those pics, not... the eye make-up. to be honest, even of for the small eyed girls i'm not a huge fan of white eyeliner, it gives you a kinda strange look and makes you look quite sick, i think.
Ew. If it doesn't look good on the model, it's definitely not going to look good on me!
not a fan at all!
If only done on the inner corer it really brghtens up your eye. But doing a smoky eye effect with white liner and shadow? not so much. . . .
I don't love it, but I don't hate it. I just wouldn't use this style.
I like it and i don't know why
*~*It looks okay...maybe if they didn't use so much; like if they just barely lined the bottom it might look better.*~*
It looks like a crayola went awry on her face.
She looks like Bambi's mom.
this might be best left to the high school set
It makes her looks like shes on drugs.
ok for shows
I don't care for it. It makes her look ill.
Great for Halloween, not so much for real life.
mmm i like the runway pic but not they daylight one... she look freaky in the first one
I've been meaning to try white eyeliner ... but not as drastic as above. I was watching the Tyra Banks show, haha, and she said it makes your eyes pop!
ewww! this is the same as the heavy black eyeliner - just with white. it gives the models a very odd look. a little white eyeliner can open up the eyes, but not this much. moderation people! then again, high fashion has little to do w/ moderation.
I think it looks really cool. I'd like to try it.
I guess it's O.K. for the runway, but she looks a little scary.
I don't like it onthe first pic (white shirt) but I like it in the second. Probably all depends on lighting
I'm with u ladylibertine. It's an alien invasion!
it looks "alright" on the catwalk...not so hot in reallife tho.
A bit alien-esque
Makes my eyes hurt.
It looks chalky and they like they belong in a gang of bullies.
On the runway it looks lovely (it's all in the lighting.)
not sure, I would have to try it and see..if i dont like it i wouldnt wear it out
She is so beautiful!
I think it looks way heavy handed here, but if it was done in a gentle way it might work. But it would have to be very spare.
She looks like some sort of allien or pharanormal creature, no offence to anyone who likes it, but that look should stay on the runway
less is better. looks too unnatural
This is probably way too over the top for anyone who isn't a supermodel. But white or silver eyeliner all around my eyes is actually one of my trademarks. If you do it right, you'll look like more of a doll or angel, and less like an alien (like above). I like to put black and white or silver together. A thin line of black as close as possible to my eyelashes, and a winged line of silver just above it. Probably with a sheer, shimmery white shadow on my lids, and super-fat, super-black lashes.
