Katy Perry recently tweeted this picture of her new manicure, saying, "Diamonds ARE girl best friend." Cookie Monster cadence aside, she may be on to something. What do you think of the sparkling nails that she sported at the MTV Europe Music Awards? Would you wear them, or is this strictly a pop-star look?

Besides, I'm lucky to go through a single day without chipping my nail polish - do you know how fast I'd lose those "diamonds"?! There'd be a trail of them everywhere I went.
18I love to wear sparkly,glittery,nail polish and make-up but only if I'm going out and def. on Christmas & New Years.
19When I was a lot younger I would paint my nails and then sprinkle glitter on them to make it ultra sparkly rather than buying polish with glitter mixed it. Really cool look, but definitely not for the mature working woman.
