Just out from Shu Uemura is the Autumn/Winter 2007 collection called Edo Komon. The name is derived from the Edo period of Japanese history when kimonos were decorated in a simple, abstract style that made them look like small works of art.
The line consists of three powder eye shadows that contain beautiful Japanese graphics, two Glow On blushers, three limited-edition cream eye shadows, two liquid eye liners inspired by colors in nature, a pale and a dark mauve rouge lipstick, two nail enamels and colored false lashes.

The collection looks much softer than in the recent past, yet it's full of high-pigment colors. Sounds perfect to me, but are you interested in checking it out?

3i like the simple packaging/design of the cosmetics. i've never tried anything of shu uemura (besides the eyelash curler), but i definitely want to check it out, depending on price of course!
4Very pretty but the most important thing to know is price.what's the financial damage?
5I heard that they make the best eyelass curler--anyone have one?
6yes, their lash curler is the BEST, i have the cream eye shadow from this series, and trust me, it is divine! i love SHU!!
7Love those blues! And their lash curler is great.
8Absolutely gorgeous color!! Went to Soho Location but found out they closed down for relocation. Bergdorf's sell for about $20.00. It pretty awesome quality with good pigmentation. The deep sea facial spray is a good buy as well for those long flights or even before moisturizing!!
9its very pretty!
10i love how shu uemura designs are always so simple and chic!
