Oscar Blandi Onde Wave Enhancing Spray ($18), blow dry hair, and make a side part, leaving out the front sections. After pulling back into a pony and tucking under the ends, secure fringe area with a bobby pin on one side, leaving a strand out to create that not-too-perfect look.
