Rihanna was winging it at the American Music Awards — or at least her eyeliner was. Most of you were loving this red eyeliner look when Rihanna sported it earlier this week, but this time she's gone for a cool, almost airbrush effect. She keeps the rest of her makeup simple, and her hair is funky but not busy. One thing's for sure: Rihanna always keeps us guessing. Is this another win in your book, or does it strike an off note for you?

8Her performance was a train wreck! I think most of the crowd just politely clapped at the end with the stunned look on their faces. It was horrible; flat and off key with very little melodic tone to it. And the look left a bit to be desired. I love this girl but WTF?
