Too Faced Cosmetics has recently introduced a new and different genre of product called Shimmer Veils. These glittery, festive eye shades provide long-lasting, crease-proof color and because of the amount of "disco-ball" shine they exude, you can almost think of them as glosses for your eyes.
Using them is pretty simple: just sweep the wand over your lid for a sheer effect ,or layer for deeper color. Shimmer Veils can be worn alone or over your favorite eye shadow. They come in six gorgeous shades with fairy-tale names: Fairy Wings (shimmer nude with silver sparkles), Nymph Oh!
