Hate it! Michelle is gorgeous, but that hair makes her look awful.

To be honest I thought brown hair suited her extemely well.

ACK! She has SUCH a beautiful face and she did this to her hair?!?!?!?! Granted, the last pic I saw of her on here she def needed the roots touched up, but I loved her long blonde hair. This cut does nothing for her. She looks like a little boy. Michelle...it WILL grow back, I promise!

The hair color is okay but the style sucks.

I think she's much cuter as a blond, and she has the face to pull off super-short hair, but this particular style isn't exactly flattering on her.

since dawson's creek, i never liked her look. she has been looking better lately but this takes her steps back

the hairstyle really is unflattering. the color is a bit brassy but I do prefer her with blonde hair over brunette.

can't get beyond the frumpy do - it's very jane hathaway from the beverly hillbillies. as for this particular shade of blonde, um, no, too buttercup yellow especially at the crown. she's a pretty girl in need of some serious hair help.

Why did she cut her hair? It looks horrible-blond or brown. maybe it is just how she styles it. It looks like old-lady hair. She needs more oomph or something.

That is an AWFUL cut - her bangs have a wave. Yuck.

I think it is the style of the hair that throws my decision off. Not sure. She needs to let it grow back out some or at least those bangs. She reminds me of Mia (the one who adopted all of those children and her daughter ran off with her husband).

I don't think blonde is the issue here, it's the style, very 1926. It might work for a film role but not the red carpet. She's very pretty. I always liked her hair longer.

I don't have any particular feeling one way or the other on the color, but I DO have strong feelings about that cut. She needs to grow her hair longer again. This cut makes her look like an old librarian.

I actually love the cut and hate the color. I think if she went darker with the hair it would add a bit of warmth to her face and not make her look so washed out.

The cut is OK, very classic, but that color is way too harsh for her skin tone. She'd looks so much better with brown hair.

I think she is growing her out, so I kept that in mind and voyed love. Although it's more of a like than love. Color isn't too bad; I think the color would look better on her long hair.
