9ditto karisaamy. I take the fish ones and yukko. this would be loads better. I also have a wonderful Omega skin cream that I use on my face and spot of eczema on my body. love. it.
10I have mild eczema so I would definitely try this.
I take several vitamins each day, but I could add this one too!
