not that I don't think they look pretty...it just looks like there is dirt smeared on her face. they could have saved some make-up money and used real dirt.

Not to be gross, but it looks like someone smeared poop across her face! A few years ago I saw something in a magazine where the makeup artists painted the bottoms of Doc Martens and "stamped" them onto the models' faces...that was definitely more creative than whatever's going on here.

It's Heatherette - they always do something different, and I love that they aren't afraid to be different.

keeps your eyes focused on the clothing and not how pretty the person is wearing it. it might also help express whatever attitude the designer is trying to present with his/her clothing line.
