My pal Sassy Me has beautiful curly hair, and when I told her about Innersense Quiet Calm Curl Control ($20), she absolutely had to try it. Specifically made for curly hair, the styling product uses organic shea butter and orange oil to fight frizz and keep hair healthy and bouncy. It smells amazingly fresh and clean, but Sassy Me loves it for more than just that reason. Check out her review:
"As a curly-haired gal, I always tell people how low-maintenance my hair is because I can shower, put product, and go. Well, I'm only telling half the truth. The finding-the-right-product part is actually really difficult, and that's why I was shocked when Quiet Calm Curl Control worked so well on my curls. I typically combine two products, a leave-in conditioner and a gel, to get the perfect curls and though I've gotten used to it, using one product will be much less time-consuming. I am definitely going to use this product again (and again, and again!) because it really defined my curls without making them sticky and rigid. And getting rid of frizz is no easy feat, so any product that does it is my best friend!"

Sounds super good! I just might have to buy it and check it out
1ahh i wonder how this would work on my hair!.. can you only buy online?
2I am SO going to check this out. I have desperately been looking for something that WORKS. I try all different sorts of products (god only knows how many hundreds I must have spent on them) and I can never find the right product. I'll report back!
3I have really wavy hair- never quite curls. do you think this would help with that too?
4Herjoiedevivre, I am in the same boat. I have bought countless products in an attempt to rid my hair of frizz and I have yet to find one that actually works.
Bella, think this product is equally effective on wavy hair?
5Hi curly-haired ladies,
First, you can buy online but you can also buy in certain spas and salons. Check out the locator, and you can find out what's available near you.
Sassy Me's hair is very curly as opposed to wavy, and mine's pretty straight, so I can't say how this product works with wavy hair. Sassy Me just told me that it sticks to hair well, and decreases the frizz. It sounds promising to me, but I can't be 100% positive! So if you have wavy hair, maybe use the locator to find a place that has samples. Hope this helps!
6my tried and trues are TIGI & Graham Webb but i'm not against trying new ones
7I have to check this out. I am still searching for the perfect product for my curly hair (I do the combo thing, too). Going to order this magic stuff this week!
8Hey I just looked on the site and it says it intensifies curls AND waves! So, awesome!
9I saw this online the other day and thought it looked like something worth trying.. what a strange coincidence you made a post about it!
Now that I have a recommendation, I'm definitely gonna have to try it. I've only just recently begun to wear my hair curly after reading this book called Curly Girl (by Lorraine Massey) and it's seriously the best book ever. Teaches you how to make your curls (and waves!) look awesome and how to treat them right.
I've been using Sebastian Potion 9 with a clear natural gel and that seems to be working well, but when I run out I'll definitely try this one.
Thanks!
10I have to recommend TIGI Catwalk Curls Rock Curl Booster!!! its amazing, and its super easy, just spray on towel dried hair, and you're of to go:)
11Its not sticky og give you "hard" hair...amazing, im seriously addicted!
Report back any samplers with wavy hair - still struggling to find the right product - my hair always seems wiry unless I straighten it
12Nice product. I use it on damp hair and cocktail it w/gel sometimes. Terrible packaging. Make sure you don't drop it as it shatters easily.
13The best product I have ever found and used on my curly hair. It smoothes the curls, minimizes frizz, no stickiness and no stiffness. I also use it when I straighten my hair. It smells great and is lightweight and continues to reduce frizz even on straight hair. 5 STARS
